As Founder of TAN Talent Group, Stephanie brings over 20 years of advisory experience in executive recruiting (with global search firms Russell Reynolds and Heidrick & Struggles) and management consulting (with A.T. Kearney and Infosys). She also held a leadership role with Silicon Valley based Samsung Strategy & Innovation Center where she led talent acquisition and culture development. As a former engineer and management consultant with search and in-house talent acquisition experience, Stephanie draws upon her analytical, operational and business background to bring a unique perspective to executive recruiting.
Stephanie has recruited board, president, CxO and executive roles in sales and marketing for growth-oriented technology companies. Her clients include venture capital and private equity portfolio companies. Notable clients include TriNet (went IPO) and Apigee (acquired by Google).
Stephanie holds an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management and an MS and BS in Civil Engineering from Stanford University.
In her spare time, Stephanie mentors first-generation college-bound students through The Abramson Scholarship Foundation, a DC-based scholarship and mentoring non-profit organization. She serves as a board member for the MIT Sloan Alumni Board and holds a leadership role within the Washington DC Stanford Association.
