Bio
As Founder of TAN Talent Group, Stephanie brings over 20 years of advisory experience in executive recruiting (with global search firms Russell Reynolds and Heidrick & Struggles) and management consulting (with A.T. Kearney and Infosys). She also held a leadership role with Silicon Valley based Samsung Strategy & Innovation Center where she led talent acquisition and culture development. As a former engineer and management consultant with search and in-house talent acquisition experience, Stephanie draws upon her analytical, operational and business background to bring a unique perspective to executive recruiting.
Stephanie has recruited board, president, CxO and executive roles in sales and marketing for growth-oriented technology companies. Her clients include venture capital and private equity portfolio companies. Select clients include Seed, Series A, Series B startups: Fermata Discovery, Skyflow, Shoreline.io, Vendia and later stage startups: TriNet (went IPO) and Apigee (acquired by Google).
Stephanie holds an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management and an MS and BS in Civil Engineering from Stanford University.
